In a 2004 Gartner Group survey of 50 BPM implementation responsible persons, 95 percent said that their projects have been successful. The participants reported on average earnings of 15 percent, and in 55 percent of cases earnings in the area of 100.000 to 500.000 USD per project have been realised. This clearly shows that BPM is capable of speeding up business changes and of increasing efficiency in information technology. However, to successfully implement BPM solutions, tools for modelling, combination, implementation and management of processes are needed. For this purpose, IBM offers a capacious suite of business integration solutions.
